ABM Industries in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee our cleaning and maintenance staff. You will lead teams, schedule tasks, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across facilities.

Responsibilities include training new staff, conducting inspections, maintaining records, and coordinating with management and clients to deliver reliable, safe cleaning services while optimizing resources and workflow.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional janitorial training is a plus.
• Proven experience as janitorial supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Physical stamina; ability to lift heavy objects and stand long periods.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
