Job summary

Gridsource has an opening for a Field Supervisor in Micanopy, FL. Pay range: $65-70k depending on experience.

We are seeking an experienced field supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in OSP, broadband, telecom, or aerial construction; strong leadership and communication skills; the ability to read technical drawings; and knowledge of OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in OSP, broadband, telecom, or aerial construction.
• Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedule and coordinate construction crews and equipment.
