Bauer Infrastructure seeks an experienced Underground Utilities & Pipe Superintendent to lead field operations for underground utility and pipe installations in Martell, NE. Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of trench safety and confined space procedures
• Ability to read and interpret plans, grade sheets and project specifications
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate crews and manage safety

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to plan construction methods and schedule work.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for each phase of construction.
• Direct on-site crews and subcontractors to maintain workflow and prevent delays.
• Work with owners, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plans.
