The Field Superintendent - Modernization (MOD) manages field technicians in the day-to-day operations of the installation of hydraulic, gearless and geared elevator modernizations. Actively participates in field surveys for prospective modernization projects and is involved in the preparation modernization proposals and bids. Provides technical solutions, ensures workplace safety, determines scope of work and manpower required to complete the project in a timely and profitable manner.
