Job summary

CROM, LLC in Pinehurst, TX is seeking a Superintendent to plan, execute, and direct field projects involving prestressed concrete tanks and other structures. You will coordinate field personnel, manage deadlines, and ensure work stays within budget.

Travel to job sites, climb heights, and supervise 2+ employees. Must pass background check, drug screen, respirator fit, and CCR Level 1-4 tests. Strong communication and safety training required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field work with CCR or 7 years with CROM in water/wastewater, infrastructure repair, or coatings.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; ability to pass background & drug screening.
• Must complete CCR Field Advancement Levels 1–4 testing; safety training completed.
• Ability to work at heights and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and direct field projects to meet deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate field personnel and communicate with project managers.
• Plan, schedule, and track field timelines and milestones.
• Submit field paperwork within one week via computer or tablet.
• Inspect, clean, repair, and coat prestressed concrete tanks and other structures, with written owner reports.
• Analyze findings and develop repair recommendations.
• Supervise 2+ field employees and influence disciplinary actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
