Job summary

Rinvio is seeking a Field Superintendent for a large hyperscale data center project in Amarillo, TX. This on-site contract role entails 50 hours per week, overseeing structural and architectural coordination, quality, safety, and daily planning.

We are looking for someone with strong field leadership, capable of managing subcontractors and ensuring installation quality and safety in a mission-critical construction environment.

Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Field Superintendent - Civil/Structural/Architectural for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Amarillo, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Openings: 6 openings.

Pay: $98.00 - $130.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do:

• Own or support CSA field execution, site logistics, structural and architectural coordination, quality, safety, daily planning, and turnover support.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for:

• Strong field leadership with subcontractor, craft, and daily work planning experience
• Able to drive lookaheads, manpower coordination, installation quality, and safety expectations
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
• Able to work on site in the Amarillo, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
