Job summary

NE Tech Air is seeking a Field Superintendent in the Atlanta area to lead crews, coordinate schedules, and keep projects moving from start to finish. This is not a desk job; you’ll run daily huddles, manage crews, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
