Job summary

NE Tech Air in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Field Superintendent to lead field crews, coordinate schedules, and keep commercial sheet metal projects moving from start to finish. You will supervise 30-50-man crews, manage daily huddles, plan logistics, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Responsibilities include coordinating materials and manpower, communicating with PMs, clients, and subcontractors, and keeping projects on track and within scope. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.

• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
