Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance is seeking a P&C Technician in Indianapolis, IN to assist commissioning activities on assigned projects. The role supports project leads, attends safety meetings, and ensures timely communication of delays and costs.

Overnight travel is required as needed. Ideal candidates have an associate technical degree or military training with 2+ years of P&C or substation experience and the ability to achieve NETA III/IV within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Associates technical degree or equivalent military training with 2+ years in P&C or related field.
• Able to achieve NETA III or IV within 12 months of employment.
• Strong ability to interpret electrical diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in commissioning activities on assigned projects.
• Attend safety and planning meetings.
• Communicate delays or cost overruns to Project Lead promptly.
• Travel overnight as needed to fulfill duties.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition and calibrated.
