A national structures company is seeking a Field Structure Technician to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will assist with the installation and dismantling of event tents and related equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities include traveling nationally, lifting heavy equipment, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage after 60 days, along with PTO and 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Install and dismantle structure tents, flooring, and doors.
• Load tents and equipment with warehouse support.
• Inspect tents for proper assembly and safety.
• Secure tents and inspect assembly, following safety protocols.
• Return equipment to inventory and coordinate with warehouse staff.

About the job Field Structure Technician

We are looking for hardworkingTent Installer to join our growing team working in an exciting, fast paced, rewarding profession nationally!

The COMPANY: National Structures, an RK Group company, specializes in design, delivery, and assembly of temporary structures and event tenting for a variety of event-sports and entertainment, industrial, and commercial applications. National Structures supports temporary resources for medical, logistical support, disaster basecamp services, continuity of commercial operations, and other industrial applications

Duties of theTENT INSTALLERS:

• Work with skilled crew to install and dismantle structure tents, flooring, doors, etc.
• Pull and Load tent and related equipment with warehouse support
• Set up tent and rental equipment as per directions and site map
• Secure tent and inspect for proper assembly while adhering to all Safety Protocols
• Work with warehouse support to be sure truck is unloaded properly and that everything is returned to inventory

Requirements of theTent Installer:

• Ability to travel nationally
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 75 lbs. of equipment consistently
• Ability to climb ladders regularly and operate basic hand tools
• Work 7 days per week when requested during busy seasons, with prior notification
• Work in outdoor settings in various climate conditions: hot, cold, dry and wet
• Ability to clear background check
• Possess and maintain a positive attitude and demeanor with a willingness to learn and apply new skills regularly
• Maintain a professional and respectful appearance and presence with coworkers and customers
