Job summary

Atlas Ignota is hiring a cohort of Field Strategists to identify, scope, and launch interventions addressing AI-related risks. You will work with a founders cohort and Atlas leadership to map opportunities, engage experts, and design actionable interventions that can scale globally from the United States.

The role emphasizes fast synthesis, high-trust relationships with decision-makers, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a high-trust, low-structure environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate complex systems and synthesize across domains.
• Strong interviewing and synthesis skills across multiple domains.
• Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Develop 2+ intervention write-ups describing risks and proposed interventions.
• Identify and engage decision-makers and potential funders.
• Pitch founders and coordinate with Atlas leadership; mentor junior hires as needed.
• Scope multiple interventions independently with limited oversight.
