Job summary

Path Light Pro is hiring a full-time, entry-level Stormwater Erosion Inspector to join our outdoors‑oriented team. You will perform site evaluations for EPA Stormwater, OSHA safety, and energy compliance, documenting findings in electronic systems.

The role requires walking uneven terrain, travel to remote sites, weekends and extended hours as needed, and a professional, client‑facing approach. AA/AS or trade degree preferred; dependability and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to travel and work at remote sites.
• Dependable transportation required.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours.
• Knowledge of general construction or environmental regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction site evaluations to assess EPA Stormwater compliance, OSHA safety compliance, QA inspections and IECC energy compliance.
• Verify erosion and sediment control practices (BMPs), safety measures, and energy code requirements are met.
• Complete site evaluation documentation in electronic systems and maintain onsite records.
• Communicate regulatory requirements of state and local Stormwater, safety, and energy rules to client personnel onsite.
• Consult with clients to anticipate compliance issues and improve efficiency and operations.
• Update SWPPP logs, BMP maps, and required postings.
