Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Field Store Associate to support Lowe's in Harriman, TN. This part-time role focuses on driving sales in the Paint and Pro departments, engaging customers, and upholding high merchandising standards.
The position involves tinting/mixing products to customer specifications, assisting with training, and helping achieve sales goals. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
The Field Store Associate will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing sales at Lowe’s stores.This position will be responsible for engaging customers in the Paint and Pro departments, generating customer leads, implementing effective sales and marketing programs, providing exceptional customer service, and managing merchandising.
Part-Time Field Store Associates are also expected to ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Lowe’s Store #1800, located at: 1800 Roane State Hwy, Harriman, TN 37748.
This is a part-time position working weekdays/afternoons/weekends. The schedule is based on business needs and subject to change.
