Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Riverside County is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for field-based home health care. The LVN will plan and deliver nursing care, support families in hospice settings, and travel to patients' homes in the Riverside County area.

Qualified candidates hold an LVN license with a nursing degree, have experience in home health, and own a vehicle. A valid driver's license and insurance are required, and on-call availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or graduation from an LVN program.
• Unencumbered license to practice as an LVN.
• Proficiency with electronic medical equipment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and home health guidelines.
• Experience in home health setting.
• Willing and able to use your own vehicle to drive to patients' homes.
• Current driver's license and proof of insurance.
• On call availability.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• As a Licensed Vocational Nurse(LVN), you will plan and deliver nursing in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained, at all times.

Must haves:
