Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, apparel design, or a related field.
• 1 to 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or product design.
• A curated portfolio showing research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and execution.
• Proficiency in typography, brand identity, and color theory; strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and the Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal graphics and visual systems for Nike-branded and licensed Field Sports apparel collections.
• Translate insights from athletes, fans, teams, cultural trends, and the marketplace into authentic graphic stories and product solutions.
• Design distinctive visual expressions for uniforms, on-field products, fanwear, and sideline collections.
• Partner with Expert Designers and cross-functional teams to bring diverse creative perspectives to life.
• Present creative concepts and communicate your design vision clearly to internal and external partners.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining strong craft, consistent execution, and Nike brand standards.
• Contribute constructive feedback and help foster an inclusive, collaborative design environment.
