Job summary

Schlumberger in Midland, TX seeks a Field Specialist Trainee to support safe, efficient service delivery for customers. You will help ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time, and participate in risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

You will develop customer contacts to promote company products and services, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to HSE and quality initiatives while wearing PPE and completing required safety training.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards via CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

Job description

The Field Specialist Trainee is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The Field Specialist Trainee identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

• Responsible for service delivery execution.

• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.

• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

• Maintain the required safety training.

• prior experience related to the job role is preferred
