Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Solutions Consultant to educate and support customers, build preference, and drive usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory while building relationships and understanding customer needs through high-quality consultation.

You will collaborate with sales partners, identify leads, conduct research, and communicate with Product teams to relay customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
• Proven training and/or sales experience.
• Experience performing simple and complex research assignments.
• Impressive organizational skills.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Providing consultative services to legal customers and prospects ensuring maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis products.
• Collaborating with sales partners on preference, driving strategy, and developing strategic account plans.
• Identifying and sharing leads and opportunities with sales partners and/or Product Specialists.
• Conducting competitor research, analyzing findings, and sharing information with Product, Segment and Marketing.
• Communicating credibly with clients to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education, and consultation to help improvement.
• Collecting feature and function requirements from customers and communicate to appropriate product team members.
• Utilizing all required processes, tools and systems.

U.S. National Base Pay Range

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $49,200 - $82,100. Total Target Cash Range: $75,700 - $126,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
