Job summary

Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations seeks a Field Site Inspector to perform site visit inspections of Medicare and Medicaid providers in assigned areas. Inspectors travel to locations, take photographs, conduct interviews, collect data, and report findings using mobile devices.

Must possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience; flexible hours including weekends; training provided. Pay rate is $23–$28 per hour. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with laptops, mobile devices, and tablets.
• Flexible to work varied and irregular hours including weekends.
• Successful completion of Allied Universal Investigations’ training/orientation course.
• CMS-required training completed, initial and in-service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent investigations of assigned cases in a specific geographic area.
• Document and report observations using mobile devices (tablets and cell phones).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Efficient workload management to meet assignment time frames.
• Review and verify credentials for healthcare providers and facilities.
• Collaborate with Desktop Inspectors and other staff for reporting.
• Present a professional demeanor during all contacts.
