Job summary

FASTSIGNS of Findlay is seeking an experienced Sign Installer to join our installation team. This hands-on role involves preparing sites, safely installing a wide variety of commercial signage, reading blueprints, and coordinating with project managers.

You will work outdoors, operate ladders and lifts, install electrical components, foundations, and hardware, and ensure signs are level and secure. We offer competitive hourly pay and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, site plans, measurements, and installation specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide variety of interior and exterior commercial signs.
• Prepare and set foundations for monument and pole-mounted signs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineered drawings, site plans, measurements, and installation specifications.
• Safely disconnect and connect electrical components and install sign hardware.
• Operate ladders, lifts, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations.
• Inspect installations for level, alignment, and compliance with specifications.
