Job summary

Qualifications

• Retired Law Enforcement Professional.
• Valid NYS Armed Security Guard License.
• Ability to legally carry a firearm in all 5 NYC boroughs.
• Minimum 5 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of Field Inspectors.
• Communicate expectations and directives from the Manager on Duty.
• Conduct field inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Respond to and manage emergency situations, coordinating personnel and services.
• Prepare detailed incident and investigation reports.
• Maintain compliance with all company and client policies.
