GardaWorld is seeking a Field Services Supervisor in Canton, OH to supervise daily security operations, build client relationships, and ensure service quality. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while ensuring adherence to post specifications and company policies.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of management experience.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Availability for duties outside standard hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security services to ensure high standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees; act as main point of contact.
• Meet with clients regularly to address issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
• Visit and inspect supervisors and security officers for compliance and proficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of post specifications, emergency procedures, and client policies.
• Assist in staffing, budgets, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and agreements.
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Follow progressive discipline for corrective actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Competitive Salary: $21.00 / hour + $300 monthly auto allowance

• Schedule: Able to work all shifts, can involve weekends and holidays. 40 hours / week

Your Responsibilities As Field Services Supervisor

Your Qualifications
