ECS Group of Companies is seeking a certified Field Services Manager to join our Phoenix team. You will ensure technicians are trained and organized by leading the Field Services department, with emphasis on safety, scheduling, and staff development.

This role requires 5+ years in field testing and construction materials, plus the ability to lift 85 lbs and maintain required certifications. Experience with ASTM standards is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 5+ years of field services/testing experience.
• Must hold and maintain basic certifications; advanced certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift 85 pounds and work at field project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, calibration, inventory, PPE usage, and training within Field Services.
• Manage scheduling, field reports review, issue resolution, and project meetings attendance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop field staff; support staffing, proposals, and business development.
