Lead our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing field teams for a company that's served the Puget Sound since 1969. Reports directly to the owner. Industry experience is not required - we hire proven leaders and teach the trade, including paid IICRC and NADCA certification.
Alpine Specialty Services is a family-owned specialty cleaning company that has served the Puget Sound since 1969. We're hiring a Field Services Manager to lead our Carpet, Air Duct, and Power Washing teams in Washington.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows how to manage people, improve performance, maintain high standards, and hold a team accountable. Every technician within these service divisions reports to you, and you'll report directly to the owner.
You don't need a background in carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, or power washing. We'd rather hire someone with proven leadership ability and teach them our services. We'll provide the training and pay for the certifications you need to understand the work you're leading.
We want our Field Services Manager in the field with technicians, not behind a desk creating spreadsheets.
Key performance information - including technician production, upsell rates, callbacks, redos, quality scores, driver-safety events, and program compliance - is automatically tracked and delivered to you.
Your responsibility is to understand what those numbers are telling you and coach, develop, recognize, or hold people accountable accordingly.
Within your first 90 days, you'll learn each Alpine service well enough to perform or explain it at a high level.
You’ll develop an understanding of the equipment, processes, pricing, and customer value behind our services so you can effectively coach the technicians performing the work.
Alpine provides and pays for this training, including applicable IICRC and NADCA certifications.
You don't need cleaning or restoration experience. You do need proven people-management experience.
