Watson Custom Tanks is seeking a Field Service Welder to provide on-site technical support and customer service. You will install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer locations, diagnose issues, and perform field testing to ensure proper operation.

With 5+ years of manufacturing or technical experience, you will travel 60-75% (multi-day trips, short notice) and read blueprints and schematics. Comfortable with MIG/TIG welding and using cranes, forklifts, and hand tools is required.

Field Service Welder Company: Watson Custom Tanks

Pay: $23-$35/hour (base pay + travel differential)

Per Diem Rate: $65/day + paid lodging

What You'll Do

• Stand, walk, crouch, and work with hands for extended periods
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
