Job summary

Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville, PA area. This role focuses on hands-on maintenance, field repairs, and independent problem solving to keep trailers road-ready.

The position offers a 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 1:00 AM), weekly pay, a monthly performance bonus program (up to $12,000 per year), and overtime opportunities. CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of trailer maintenance or repair experience.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical and structural issues efficiently.
• Use digital systems to document work orders and repairs.
• Follow safety guidelines and industry compliance standards.
