Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable customer focused technicians to join our field service team in the United States. The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Crown and other makes of lift trucks at customer sites.

Responsibilities include performing planned maintenance, maintaining the service van and inventory, and handling paperwork after service visits. A valid driver's license and ability to operate lift trucks safely are required.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes; ability to read schematics (preferred).
• Technical degree, welding experience, and knowledge of testing equipment (preferred).
• Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various testing equipment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
