Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform major component replacements and repairs across the fleet, with travel in 4-week intervals and a home week off. The role emphasizes safety, hands-on troubleshooting, and training site personnel in maintenance and safety practices.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal and external parties, writing procedures, and ensuring safe operations in line with Invenergy policies.

Qualifications

• One year of technical experience (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather and lift up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults across equipment platforms.
• Train site personnel in safety, maintenance, and ops support systems.
• Lead teams in major component replacements and repairs.
• Complete daily and monthly reporting and write procedures for replacements.
