We are searching for highly motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing Field Service team. In this position, you will play a direct role in completing planned and reactive service operations on our generators. You will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region. You will train at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, and be assigned to a particular service region requiring travel. $26 - $35 an hour
This position is onsite in Salinas, CA. The hourly rate will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base hourly, Mainspring offers pre‑IPO stock options + benefits + bonus.
