Job summary

Enprotech seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to travel to customer facilities in the Elizabethtown, KY or Lansing, MI region. The role leads disassembly, repair, and assembly of subassemblies or complete mechanical and forging presses, ensuring safety and quality at customer sites.

The position requires troubleshooting ability, reading schematics, and experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, and rigging. Travel up to 100% is expected, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines to diagnose problems.
• Ability to read schematics, plans, and operating manuals.
• Ability to fit fluid lines and pipes.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble parts and systems.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces and with solvents, oils, and grease.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and supervise maintenance and press repair actions.
• Assemble, repair, and rebuild manufacturing equipment.
• Read and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Operate cranes, forklifts, and other rigging equipment.
• Travel to customer facilities up to 100%.
