Job summary

Nwestco, LLC is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to join our Fresno team. Petroleum experience is NOT required—we’ll train candidates with strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting and repair experience. You’ll service fuel equipment, read diagrams, and perform preventive maintenance in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience repairing or maintaining equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Dependable and safety-focused; able to work independently with customers.
• Petroleum industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Service fuel dispensers, pumps, motors, sensors, controls, and monitoring systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and replace faulty components.
• Read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to service calls at customer locations.
• Use meters, diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
• Work independently in a field-service environment.
