Job summary

Morrison Industrial Equipment is hiring Full Time Field Service Technicians for our Holland, MI location at 3303 Windquest Drive. Technicians travel locally to customers in company vans to repair a wide range of equipment, with an emphasis on forklifts.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, pre-employment screenings, and a willingness to comply with safety and training programs. The team works Monday–Friday, 40 hours with potential overtime and a training program on onboarding.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and good standing
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam and background check
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns
• Communicate repairs clearly to customers
• Complete work orders in a timely manner
• Coordinate daily with Parts and Service departments
• Keep service van stocked and clean
• Follow Morrison’s safety procedures
• Attend shift ready to work as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
