Job summary

A leading oil and gas service provider is seeking a qualified Service Technician in New Braunfels, TX. Candidates must have 5+ years of drilling rig experience and a high school diploma. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining mud cooling systems on various rig sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires heavy physical labor and the ability to work long hours. Company housing is available for technicians living over 60 minutes from the service yard.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of oil & gas experience on a drilling rig, preferably as Motorman / Tool Pusher.
• 2+ years general maintenance experience working with industrial equipment.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct installations and demobilizations of cooling equipment on drilling rig sites.
• Respond to service calls and conduct equipment inspections.
• Communicate field conditions and service events thoroughly.
