Job summary

DEX Imaging is seeking a versatile Field Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain office technology equipment across client sites in Dallas, TX. You will troubleshoot copiers, printers, and multifunction devices while delivering outstanding customer service and on-site support.

You’ll install, configure, and test equipment, maintain service records, and manage a personal travel schedule with a strong focus on reliability and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Customer service and clear communication are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer and networking knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new equipment and technology.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment, including copiers and printers.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete routine service calls.
• Install, configure, and test equipment at customer locations.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support during onsite visits.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair updates clearly.
• Manage assigned territory and service schedule efficiently.
• Work independently while remaining connected to a supportive service team.
• Continue developing knowledge of office technology and procedures.
