The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, possesses strong communication skills, and brings a passion for innovation and adventure. While based primarily at a local service center, this role may involve remote work, traveling for mobile service, or supporting plant operations as business needs evolve.

  • Procedure & Safety Adherence: Utilize available technical resources and follow repair procedures efficiently without compromising quality or safety.
