Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain advanced industrial packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot using hand tools, test equipment, and multimeters.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
• Train operators and assist with product demonstrations.
• Work with engineering support team to resolve technical issues.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Manage extensive required travel.
