Job summary

WillScot seeks a Service Technician to inspect and repair modular buildings, including framing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and running gear. You will promote safety, perform inspections, and prepare units for delivery while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, carpentry knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. Base wage ranges from $18.35 to $23.90 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Carpentry knowledge and experience are essential.
• Electrical, plumbing, and welding experience is a plus.
• Must have a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Good communication and basic computer skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair modular buildings including framing, carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, and running gear.
• Lead safe-work practices following safety policies and training.
• Perform check-in/out inspections and document repair scope for invoicing.
• Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries with quality workmanship.
• Complete paperwork for deliveries, pickups and service calls.
