Mindray North America is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, inspect, repair, and service Mindray patient monitoring, anesthesia, and ultrasound systems at hospitals and clinics across the U.S. The role requires 70% travel from a home base, on-call coverage, and the ability to manage service reports, quotations for renewals, and coordination with sales and clinical teams.

Formación

• Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in field service or hospital biomedical engineering preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting of medical devices.
• Excellent organization and communication, able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, inspection, repair, and preventive maintenance of Mindray equipment in hospitals and clinical environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues to minimize downtime.
• Provide telephone and on-site technical support to customers, sales, and clinical staff.
• Maintain service reports and documentation per policies and quality standards.
• Support contract renewals by identifying opportunities and preparing quotations.
• Manage inventory, test equipment, and vehicle to ensure readiness.
• Stay current on product updates through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical education teams during demonstrations and installations.
