Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation seeks a field service technician to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair lift trucks for customers in the region. You will perform scheduled maintenance, manage van inventory and complete required documentation after each service call.

Ideal candidates have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and excellent customer care and communication skills. A technical background is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Technical degree or related training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and other lift trucks.
• Perform planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
