Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Winston-Salem, NC. You will install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment for major retail clients, following NCR Voyix training to deliver reliable, timely field support.

This role offers rotating shifts, a company vehicle, and benefits starting immediately, with opportunities to grow through hands-on experience and structured classroom training across territories.

Qualifications

• Local candidate to Winston-Salem, NC area.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements.
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and some specific hardware familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
