DISHER is seeking a Service Technician for Monroe, Michigan to perform repairs and installations on specialized equipment in a field service role. The position involves customer-facing work, remote diagnostics, and collaboration with a service team to ensure high-quality performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial systems, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and willingness to travel up to 75% (including international training).

Formación

• Associate's degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, or industrial maintenance.
• 3+ years of hands-on work in industrial settings.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and installations on equipment in a safe, timely manner.
• Conduct lab trials and process tests in technical center.
• Support setup, calibration, start-ups, and performance verification of pelletizing systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical components.
• Lead remote diagnostics and provide support via phone/video.
• Plan and execute service calls, installations, upgrades, and training.
• Interpret process data, identify trends, and propose optimizations.
• Lead root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor teams, manage spare parts inventory, and document reports.
