Job summary

Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They act as a technical resource for customers and our sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment as the primary customer contact.

This role requires welding and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with preference for repair or installation background.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and handle outdoor/height conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and pass a pre-employment drug test and DOT physical.
