Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks a Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force, working independently or in small teams in a field service environment.

Candidates should have experience with welding and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; field installation/repair experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a company vehicle and pass a pre-employment drug test with a clean driving record; a DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment as a primary customer contact.
