Job summary

A service provider located around Charlotte, NC is seeking a Field Service Technician. This role involves on-site service, technical support, and customer training on SCR equipment. Applicants should have knowledge of industrial instrumentation, AC/DC circuits, and must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. Frequent overnight travel (60-75%) is required. Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation & controls.
• Proficiency with AC and DC Circuits.
• Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with on-site service and technical support.
• Commission new SCR equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide telephone support including troubleshooting.
