Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician II in Seattle, WA. You will perform installations, maintenance, and service calls on electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Local candidate in Seattle, WA area.
• Authorized to work in United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Prolonged travel and rotating/wknd shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations.
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible.
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution.
• Participate in virtual and hands‑on training programs provided by NCR Atleos.
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements.
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts; overnight travel may occur.
