The Field Technician II will interface with patients to perform service activities such as troubleshooting, warranty decisions, complaint handling, sales orders, RGA’s, event registration, and candidate requests. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate data within business systems.
Salary range: $53,768 - $91,416, varies by location and experience. Compensation may include bonuses and incentives.
