Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician II for the Columbia, MO area. You will provide on-site installation, maintenance, and service for electromechanical equipment including ATMs and self-checkout systems, ensuring rapid response and customer satisfaction.

The role involves travel, possible weekend shifts, and lifting up to 50 lbs. A+/CompTIA/Network+ are preferred, with local residency and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Must be a local candidate to the Columbia, MO area.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 19 years.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record per NCR Atleos requirements.
• Proficient with PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity.
• Willing to travel long hours, rotate weekends, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: familiarity with ATMs, servers, and imaging software; A+ / CompTIA / Network+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair and system overhauls.
• Manage network faults, traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access.
