Job summary

Nortek Data Center Cooling is seeking a Field Service Technician – Data Center to address warranty issues, provide technical guidance to end users and outside sales reps, and ensure timely service on cooling systems.

You will commission, repair and service mechanical and electrical equipment for Data Center projects, review orders and diagrams, and collaborate with building owners, contractors, engineers, and local service providers to deliver reliable, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• HVAC electromechanical installation and troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% to sites.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with outside technicians.

Responsibilities

• Commission, repair, and service mechanical and electrical equipment for Data Center Cooling projects.
