JetPay now NCR Payment Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician I in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role includes providing outstanding service for electromechanical equipment and working closely with major retail customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the US, at least 18 years old.
• Local presence to the specific geographic area is necessary.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsabilités

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly.
• Service electromechanical equipment within the assigned territory.
• Carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment during service operations.

Connaissances

PC skills

Basic electronic skills

Familiarity with hardware and operating systems

Ability to lift 75 lbs. independently

Flexibility in work shifts

Formation

A+ Certification or CompTIA

N+ Certification
