Job summary

Hudson Technologies Inc. is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I to support refrigerant recovery, reclamation, and HVAC/R service across the United States.

You will work under supervision to assist with equipment setup, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and field operations at customer facilities and Hudson depots. Responsibilities include performing assigned field service tasks, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with management to meet safety, quality, and customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 years of relevant work experience; entry-level candidates encouraged.
• Technical school coursework in HVAC/R or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, refrigerant recovery, depot, logistics, maintenance, project-support, and other operational tasks as directed by the Service Manager or management.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of HVAC/R and refrigerant recovery equipment under supervision.
• Follow all processes, procedures, safety standards, customer site requirements, and schedules; complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Strive to meet goals and KPIs as outlined by the Service Manager.
• Support account managers for growth of sales and service opportunities.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and represent Hudson Technologies.
