National Carwash Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on car wash equipment at customer sites, focusing on safe work practices and accurate documentation.

This on-site role requires daily travel, basic problem solving, and clear communication with customers; training and safety guidelines are provided to ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Interest and aptitude in mechanical, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to use basic math and writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; adheres to traffic laws.
• Ability to travel assigned geography daily.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and instructions.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and proper communication.
• Basic computer skills and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic service work on vehicle wash equipment and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems.
• Assist in replacing, repairing, or adjusting parts and systems as necessary.
• Inspect, calibrate, and check chemicals under supervision.
• Run equipment cycles to ensure basic system functioning.
• Inspect equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Provide basic information to customers regarding operation and maintenance.
• Keep supervisor informed of problems or difficulties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge through training and manuals.
• Complete work orders, expense reports, and daily/weekly time logs.
• Comply with all service policies and safety rules.
• Advise customers on necessary service work and replacement of worn parts.
• Deliver parts or supplies to customers when needed.
• Maintain proper inventory on service vehicles.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, and local laws and policies.
